The catalogue sells bed linen and throws. The stated material, dimensions and supplied pieces define the offer. Photography illustrates the product; screen color and textile drape can vary. No insert, pillow filling or decorative accessory is included unless expressly listed. The Q Foundation is the merchant name; this retail checkout is not a donation or grant program.

Choose the right construction

Measure your mattress including its topper and compare the fitted-sheet pocket. Compare duvet-cover dimensions with the insert. A quilt contains fill; a waffle cover is unfilled; a sheet set lists its individual pieces. Product care instructions form part of selection. Do not infer a certification, medical benefit or guaranteed temperature rating from the name of a weave.

Requests and acceptance

Checkout records your selection and contact information and shows a reference after successful receipt. We then contact you to confirm items, delivery and payment. A reference is not an automatic debit or evidence of dispatch. Where an item or address cannot be supplied as requested, we explain before requesting funds. The website does not automatically send a confirmation email.

Price and payment

All prices are USD and include applicable sales tax. The delivery charge also includes applicable tax; no additional tax is added at checkout. The itemized request shows the total to be confirmed. Any correction or requested change must be explained and agreed before a different amount is payable.

Bank transfer is due within 5 calendar days of written confirmation. Do not send banking passwords or one-time codes. A catalogue error is explained and you may accept the correction or cancel before payment. Changes are not charged silently.

Delivery and returns

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and PO boxes are outside this offer. Standard shipping costs $8.95 per order and is free when the merchandise subtotal is $150 or more. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after written confirmation and receipt of payment. Transit normally takes 3–5 business days, for 4–7 business days total. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery, with items unused and unwashed. The prepaid return label is $8.95 and restocking is $0. Use, rights and disputes

Follow the material-specific care label described on the page and keep textiles away from open flame. No term removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits responsibility where the law does not permit it. Raise concerns with the reference and requested outcome for further review.
