Returns Policy

The 30-day window

Email us within 30 calendar days of delivery for a change-of-mind return. Bed linen and throws should be unused, unwashed, clean and complete with all supplied pieces. You may unfold and inspect a textile as you would in a store. Sleeping in it, laundering it or removing its fabric finish goes beyond ordinary inspection. Keep packaging when practical, but do not discard evidence of a fault merely to comply with a packaging request.

Arrange the return

Send the order reference, SKU, quantity and reason. We provide authorization and a prepaid postal or courier label. Send the parcel within 14 calendar days of authorization to 755 E 19th Ave Apt 339, Denver, CO 80203, US. Pack dry textiles in protective wrapping and keep the carrier receipt. No walk-in collection or drop-off is offered. Do not post an unannounced parcel.

Return costs

A change-of-mind return label costs $8.95, deducted from your refund. Restocking costs $0. Original standard shipping is not refunded on a discretionary return. We do not retrospectively charge outward delivery on an order that originally qualified for free shipping. A partial return uses the paid item price, less the disclosed label charge only.

Defective or incorrect goods

Tell us what arrived and what is wrong before washing or attempting a repair. Useful photographs and the SKU help us assess the issue; we will not insist on unsafe tests. For a confirmed defect or our supply error, the return label is free. We agree replacement or refund. If the whole order was defective or incorrectly supplied, its original standard delivery charge is included in the refund.

Refund timing and exceptions

We communicate the inspection outcome within 3 business days of receipt and initiate an agreed refund within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds use verified bank transfer to the original payer; your bank may take additional time. Used or washed goods are not eligible for discretionary returns, but genuine defect rights remain. No blanket hygiene exclusion applies to unopened ordinary bedding. No personalized goods are listed. Sale items retain the same return terms; any expressly described cosmetic flaw cannot itself be treated as an undisclosed defect.
