Payment Policy

What checkout does

Checkout collects your selection, contact details and delivery address. It does not collect card numbers, connect to a payment wallet or debit an account. A successful reference means we received your request. We contact you to confirm the pieces, quantities, delivery and payable amount before requesting funds. Do not send a transfer simply because you reached the thank-you page.

The accepted method

We accept bank transfer after written confirmation. Instructions are supplied privately, not embedded in a form or published on a product page. Check the recipient instructions against the direct confirmation. If instructions change unexpectedly, verify using the published telephone number rather than trusting a new reply address alone. We never need your bank login, one-time passcode or remote access to arrange payment.

Amounts and delivery

All prices are USD and include applicable sales tax. The delivery charge also includes applicable tax; no additional tax is added at checkout. The itemized request shows the total to be confirmed. Any correction or requested change must be explained and agreed before a different amount is payable.

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and PO boxes are outside this offer. Standard shipping costs $8.95 per order and is free when the merchandise subtotal is $150 or more. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after written confirmation and receipt of payment. Transit normally takes 3–5 business days, for 4–7 business days total. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Payment timing

Please arrange for the agreed amount to reach us within 5 calendar days of written confirmation. Include the order reference so it can be matched. An unpaid request may be closed after 5 days; ask us to reconfirm before paying late. Preparation begins when funds are received. We do not claim that a transfer is instant or that submitting a screenshot establishes cleared funds.

Changes and cancellations

An unpaid request can be cancelled by quoting its reference. For a paid order, contact us before dispatch; an accepted pre-dispatch cancellation is refunded in full. Once dispatched, the Returns Policy applies. A requested product or address change may affect the total or timing, but we explain and agree that before proceeding. We do not silently substitute a textile construction.

Refunds and security

An approved cancellation refund is initiated within 7 business days of approval. A returned-item refund follows the 7-business-day receipt schedule in the Returns Policy. Both use verified bank transfer to the original payer, not mandatory store credit. Never make an additional payment to unlock a refund. If you suspect an instruction is fraudulent, stop and contact us directly with the reference.
