Choosing bed linen
Send mattress width, length and depth, including a topper. For a duvet cover, send the insert dimensions. Tell us whether the layer will sit against the skin, enclose a duvet or finish the bed. We can compare the listed constructions and care routines without guessing at your room temperature.
Choosing a throw
Compare the listed width and length, intended drape and care. Wool needs a different routine from cotton knit or fleece. If a machine-washable everyday layer matters, say so before choosing a material. No photograph is a precise warmth rating.
An existing order
Quote the reference and SKU. For a change, state the quantity or address correction. For a defect or shortage, keep the wrapping and describe the issue before washing the item. Returns require advance contact and an authorized postal or courier label; please do not send unannounced parcels.
When to expect a response
Our response target is 2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. If your initial concern remains unresolved, request a further review with a short timeline and the outcome you seek. We aim to provide a substantive follow-up within 5 business days.
