Shipping Policy

Where and how much

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and PO boxes are outside this offer. Standard shipping costs $8.95 per order and is free when the merchandise subtotal is $150 or more. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after written confirmation and receipt of payment. Transit normally takes 3–5 business days, for 4–7 business days total. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

All prices are USD and include applicable sales tax. The delivery charge also includes applicable tax; no additional tax is added at checkout. The itemized request shows the total to be confirmed. Any correction or requested change must be explained and agreed before a different amount is payable.

When the clock starts

Checkout sends your selection and delivery details. We then confirm the items, address, availability and payment instructions in direct correspondence. The preparation period starts when the agreed payment has arrived, not when the request is first submitted. If an item cannot be supplied as requested, we explain alternatives or cancellation before asking you to pay.

Packing and shipment

Textiles are folded and protected for transit. A sheet set includes only the pieces listed on its product page; duvet covers do not include an insert. We normally send an order together. If a split shipment is proposed, we agree the revised dates first and do not add a separate charge without your agreement. Tracking details, where available, are shared after dispatch through correspondence.

Address changes and late delivery

Contact us with the reference as soon as you spot an address error. A parcel already dispatched may not be reroutable. If your order has not arrived by the end of the 7-business-day total window after confirmation/payment, ask us to investigate. We check the address and dispatch information and agree a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please do not pay for a duplicate while an existing parcel is being traced.

Damage, shortage and contact

Keep the wrapping and describe any damage or missing item promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Photographs can help identify the issue, but this reporting target does not reduce applicable rights. Do not wash an item before reporting transit damage. Incorrect or defective items are handled under our Returns Policy at our expense.
